How do I become a buyer on MyEasyRFP?

First you must answer a brief series of questions to build your profile – this allows us to connect your company to its best matches. After you are registered if your profile is matched with that of a supplier’s, you will receive a notification in your personal email. When the allotted time is up you will receive a list of your top potential matches allowing your company to get the most qualified suppliers.

How do I submit an RFP?

By filling out your Digital Buyer Profile and uploading a brief description of the RFP and any requisites

Do I have to pay in order to post RFPs?

Yes, there is a fee to post. This allows us to begin the matchmaking process to get the best results possible for you.

How is MyEasyRFP able to matchmake?

We built an algorithm into the site that matches you with potential suppliers based on the profile you built. With a click of a button the supplier matches their profile to yours and generates your own personalized match percentage allowing you the buyer to get optimal results.

Do you limit what kinds of RFPs you will accept?

Our general rule is that if it can be bid on, it can be placed. We host a wide array of RFPs in a multitude of business verticals.

Is there a minimum dollar amount for RFPs?

No, there is no minimum amount for your RFP.

How do I know the accounts, RFPs and/or supplier responses are real?

All of our clients, both buyers and suppliers, go through a verification process by MyEasyRFP so you can be confident your responses are real and have been verified.

Am I able to end the bidding process early if I procure a supplier I like?

Yes, there is an “End RFP Early” button that will allow you to end the process early – though once this is used it is irreversible.

How is the process completed?

You will get your best matches and can choose which companies you’d like to reach out to in order to fulfill your bid.

Am I able to see the status of my posted RFP?

Yes. At the bottom of your active RFP there is a section displaying all suppliers interested and their match percentages. In addition, every time you receive a bid an email is automatically generated and sent to your inbox with the supplier’s name and match percentage listed.

Am I guaranteed to find a match?

No, we are a matchmaking site and can only guarantee aligning you with the best matches based on your profile.

How do I become a MyEasyRFP supplier?

First you must answer a brief series of questions to build your Digital Supplier Profile – after this you may freely search the site and bid on RFPs. This enables you to shop for new business.

What are BidClicks?

BidClicks are an onsite currency used to bid on RFPs after a supplier has signed up. These clicks allow you to freely shop the site for new potential business.

How much do I have to pay in order to view RFPs or submit a bid?

You do not have to pay in order to view RFPs, however you will have to use one of your allotted BidClicks to submit a bid.

If I am not registered on MyEasyRFP can I still submit bids?

No. You must register and purchase BidClicks to submit bids.

How is MyEasyRFP able to matchmake?

We built an algorithm into the site that matches you with potential business based on the profile you built. With a click of a button you will be able to submit all your information to a company and become an immediate candidate to win the business.

If you are chosen to fulfill a bid the listing company will reach out to you.
